Hey, I’m Amy.
Half Polish, half German — a mix that already feels like a clash of riffs. I’m a musician and vocal coach, with rock and metal pounding in my veins, but also church music — because yes, besides the noise of guitars, I play the organ at mass.

Most of all, though, I live behind the lens. As a photojournalist, I chase the raw, unfiltered energy of concerts and festivals — the sweat, the lights, the chaos, the stories that happen on and off stage. That’s what I’ll be sharing with you here: images that speak louder than words.

When I’m not out shooting shows, you’ll still find me wrapped up in music — modeling, translating interviews across languages, or digging into my doctoral research on autism and creativity in music.

This column is my space to bring you closer to the scene, to let you see and feel what I see through my camera.
